About the Founder
John Doe is a cocktail enthusiast and self-taught mixologist who built ABV Calculator out of a simple frustration: the math behind alcohol content, drink costing, and safe consumption limits was scattered across textbooks, bar manuals, and academic papers — none of it designed for people who just wanted a quick, reliable answer.
Over years of experimenting with cocktails, homebrewing, and digging into the science of alcohol metabolism, John developed the formulas that power every calculator on this site.
